Answer : multiply by 10000
For example : 0.002% ×10000=20ppm

How to change the ZnO% to Zn%?
Answer: ZnO% ×0.81=Zn%
For example :ZnO 95% ×0.8025=Zn76.24%
As #ZnO molecular weight is 81, #Zn molecular weight is 65 , so 65/81=0.8025
